The night of Friday the 13th, we heard rumors that Spectra had paved over the street and had gone home early for the winter. We weren’t going to be caught off guard though, so we went ahead with the planned action. On Saturday morning, we showed up to the construction site, and yes, in fact that had gone home two weeks ahead of schedule!
